I’m Amy Hardiman, Operations Partner and Founder of Hardiman Solutions. With over two decades of experience in fast-paced office environments across safety-critical, high-tech industries, I’ve held roles ranging from Admin Coordinator to Senior Project and Sub-Contract Manager, managing multi-million-pound order books and projects.
Throughout my career I’ve honed a natural skill set that makes me a forward-thinking problem solver, excellent organiser, strong communicator, and an efficient, self-disciplined time manager. This has earned me a reputation as an honest, trustworthy and reliable professional.
In May 2023 I started my business, driven by a passion for helping individuals and businesses thrive with my unique skill set. My services are designed to free up your time so you can focus on what matters. You have to DELEGATE to ELEVATE!
Alongside my corporate background and raising three children, I’m a CIPS-qualified procurement specialist and experienced Project Manager. I also have hands-on experience running a second business with my husband, giving me a genuine understanding of the pressures of entrepreneurship and juggling a hectic schedule.
